  1. Sara, I hope you and Emma can find some time to work on the website a little more.
    I've learned that slow food is so much better than fast food. The only caveat, there's a lot of bad 'slow' food around. We are stepping up our choices, raising the bar, if you will.
    Alice Water's, chef/owner of Chez Panisse, San Francisco, is a vegetarian promoter extraordinaire. She has vegetables growing at schools around the community, teachin' them kid's about fresh produce at an early age.
    This week, she is receiving the "Legion of Honor" Medal in France for her work in this field. The LOH is a huge worldwide award for anyone to earn.
    She has many book's and is a great resource for all of us.
